CRAZY RCMP RETARDS Kelowna Gestapo RCMP Constable Cumming and RCMP Constable Jimmieson found a law abiding senior citizen for the day.
After being released from the back of the police vehicle, I was seeing intense bright light and was shaking uncontrollably after being beaten, bleeding, in pain, handcuffed and locked in the confined space of a hot vehicle. SCARED of what these Kelowna officers intended to do with me next, I could not stop shaking in distress as I was asked to perform multiple drug tests. I was perfectly 100% sober and told them this many times.
Kelowna RCMP Constable Cumming had me count backwards while holding one leg in the air. Constable Cumming had me balance on one leg for a prolonged period of time. He complained that my toe was not quite straight and my knee bent as I held for a very long time.
The next test was walking a straight line. Kelowna Constable Cumming instructed me to walk a straight line with my arms down beside my body. Having me count each step for 25 steps, toe to heal. He never permitted me to use my arms for any balance and closely monitored my arms telling me not to move them if I did. I never stepped off the line but admit was shaky.
In another test the officer came directly face to face toward me, our faces maybe one foot away from each other at the most. He placed a pen about an inch in front of my nose and told me to follow the pen without moving my head. His fingers were taping the top end of the pen entire time. I noticed that Constable Cumming was extremely ugly at this time. Very close to my eyes he moved the pen back and forth a few times out of my view far past my ears which had me move my head slightly to keep following the pen. I could not move my eyes no further without moving my head. He immediately said I moved my head.
After all these tests Constable Cumming asked how I thought I did. I answered truthfully 100%. I never consumed any alcohol or drugs and was 100% sober. Constable Cumming said I failed the drug test and that I was intoxicated on drugs and could not drive. This is when they suspended my license to drive and took my keys to my vehicle. Constable Jimmieson wrote me a ticket for impaired driving on drugs. I appealed to the Government held Insurance Company, they refused to overturn my fabricated drug conviction.
I immediately disputed these Fabricated, Outrageous - Corrupt Kelowna RCMP allegations. I asked Constable Cumming and Constable Jimmieson repeatedly for blood and urine drug test so I could prove no consumption of drugs, they refused me these tests. These crooked police officers tailored a licence suspension and violent arrest for their needs in having an arrest and conviction .. not justice. I could not believe what was happening to me, having this relentless need for the RCMP to have a drug bust of an innocent, peaceful, law abiding senior citizen. I was setup with no way out. These are crooked Kelowna RCMP Gestapo officers.
My 911 Call for Help
I called 911 after the police had left me on the side of the road and requested an ambulance to attend to my injuries. The paramedics failed to show after 45 minutes of waiting so I found my own way to the hospital.. I attended Kelowna General Hospital Emergency where they looked at my injuries and conducted drug tests and alcohol tests.
NO DRUGS DETECTED. NO ALCOHOL DETECTED. NO INTOXICATION DETECTED
The unlawful RCMP vehicle search for drug crimes did not produce the much needed result these Crazy Kelowna RCMP had been looking for.. of course there was No Dime Bags Found... Absolutely No Alleged Intoxication.
The Emergency Hospital Physician smiled as he brought me the drug results saying "The drug test reveled exactly what I already knew.. you have not consumed drugs not alcohol." |
