| The handcuffs were so very tight.. It took a minute for Constable Jimmieson to unlock the handcuffs as the locking mechanism had outward pressure from my wrists. They were tight plus one click tighter. Scaring around my wrists and cutting circulation to my fingers. Causing long term nerve pain. What was the need for them to treat me like this? I was not a drug criminal and 100% sober. |
