After being released from the back of the police vehicle, I was seeing intense bright light and was shaking uncontrollably after being beaten, bleeding, in pain, handcuffed and locked in the confined space of a hot vehicle. SCARED of what these Kelowna officers intended to do with me next, I could not stop shaking in distress as I was asked to perform multiple drug tests after i was arrested for no cause. I was perfectly sober when they arrested and beat me and told them this many times during the RCMP violence against me. I was beaten on the head.
I called 911 after the police had left and requested an ambulance to attend to my injuries. The paramedics failed to show after 45 minutes of waiting so I found my own way to the hospital.. I attended the Kelowna General Hospital Emergency
where the doctor had Laboratory Drug testing done and had my Head Injuries, Lacerations and broken skin looked at. The doctor looked at my injuries and conducted
drug tests and alcohol tests.
NO DRUGS DETECTED. - NO ALCOHOL DETECTED. - NO INTOXICATION DETECTED.
The Emergency Hospital Physician smiled as he brought me the drug results saying "The drug test reveled exactly what I already knew and was saying.. you have not consumed drugs or alcohol." He told me that if I wanted a legal copy of the testing that I would need to request it through the proper channels within the hospital. RCMP Staff Sergeant Greg Dickie REFUSES Kelowna Hospital Laboratory Evidence
I spoke to Kelowna RCMP Staff Sergeant Greg Dickie two days after the violent beating I received from Constable Cumming and Constable Jimmieson. I retrieved my drivers licence and keys to my vehicle at the detachment office in Kelowna. Click the play button. I offered Staff Sergeant Dickie the Kelowna Hospital laboratory results that I had in my hands and he refused to accept them. These Kelowna General Hospital Laboratory drug tests had been done shortly after my violent arrest and torture. This testing proves that I was 100% sober when my license was suspended with a criminal drug record sent to the insurance company.
The hospital keeps blood and urine samples for 14 days after the test, I was hoping the RCMP WOULD CONTACT THE HOSPITAL AND REQUEST ANY FURTHER TESTING THEY MAY HAVE NEEDED OR TO CONFIRM THE RESULTS THAT I WAS GIVING THEM. Why didn't the RCMP want the truth? In addition I asked to sit down with Sergeant Dickie so I could tell him what happened and hopefully prompt a criminal investigation into these officers violent conduct. Sergeant Dickie refused sitting down with me.
There was another very important reason for my attempt to get the Kelowna Hospital drug testing to the RCMP. I DID NOT WANT A CRIMINAL DRUG RECORD WITH THE GOVERNMENT. I am very frightened about future RCMP harassment and violent drug related police takedowns. This drug conviction appears on my drivers license and is attached to my vehicle license plate... all based upon mere RCMP ALLEGATIONS. These guys are all liars.
